"your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms

detailed delivery address) when placing an order. This information is essential for processing COD orders
and delivering Products .

You are responsible for updating your information promptly if changes occur (e.g., address updates). We
shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by inaccurate information .
3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you submit an order via the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase Products. We reserve the
right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if Products are out of stock, delivery address is unsupported,
or information is incomplete) .

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send a confirmation email indicating your order has
been processed and shipped .

We strive to ensure Product descriptions, prices, and dimensions on the Website are accurate. In case of
material errors (e.g., incorrect pricing), we may cancel the order and notify you promptly without liability

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
As our sole payment method, COD is subject to the following rules:

COD is available in all our service regions (listed at checkout). We may restrict COD for high-value orders
or remote areas .

Payment Requirement:
You must pay the full order amount (including Product price, shipping fee) in cash to the delivery driver
upon receiving the Products. No other payment methods (cards, transfers) are accepted at delivery .

Refusal of Payment:
If you refuse to pay for a non-defective Product upon delivery, you shall bear the return shipping cost and
any additional logistics fees incurred .

Change of Payment:
We do not offer payment method substitutions after order confirmation.
5. Delivery & Inspection

Delivery Timeline:
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. We shall use reasonable efforts to meet timelines but
shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, logistics disruptions, or your unavailability .

On-Site Inspection:
You must inspect the Products at delivery before paying. Check for damage, defects, or discrepancies with
your order (e.g., wrong size/finish). If issues are found:

Refuse to accept the Products;

Risk Transfer:
Ownership and risk of damage/loss pass to you upon signed acceptance of delivery .
6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only granted for Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to our error). No
refunds for "change of mind" or user-caused damage .

Refund Process for COD:

Contact support within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue;

We will verify the problem within 2 business days;

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer (we will request your bank details) within 5-7
business days .

Return Shipping:
We cover return shipping for eligible defective/damaged Products. You shall bear shipping costs for
non-eligible returns .

Customized vanities (e.g., personalized size/finish) are non-refundable unless defective .

We may terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the Website if you violate any terms (e.g.,
providing false information, repeated unjustified refusal of COD orders) .

This Agreement terminates automatically upon completion of your order and resolution of any related disputes
